Taylor’s management posted on Facebook and wants to let everyone know that Taylor has bronchitis and is recovering. Her doctor has advised her not to perform this week, so her shows in Charlotte and Atlanta have been rescheduled. Read below for the new schedules. Just wanted to update you guys on Taylor’s health. She has bronchitis and although she is getting better, she has been advised by her doctor that she is not well enough to perform this week. Her concert dates in Charlotte and Atlanta have been rescheduled and she plans to resume the Speak Now tour in Montreal. Charlotte will now be November 16. Atlanta will now be October 1 & 2. Nashville.com has announced that the 2011 CMA Music Fest will air on August 7 on ABC. If you didn’t get to attend the show, you can watch it on ABC soon! Read the press release below for more information on the TV special.

“My hair is naturally curly, so some days I just let it be. But when I wake up and my hair looks like a mess, I curl my hair by wrapping the hair around the curling iron to create a spiral look. I don’t use any hair products because I have this fear of putting too much mousse in it or something and my hair ending up feeling crunchy.”

How do you get your red lipstick to stay on all day?—Olga Navarro Davis
“There are tricks I’ve learned from makeup artists on shoots. They put on the red lipstick, then blot it with a tissue, then they put powder over the tissue and sort of press it onto your lips. Then re-apply. It turns it into a stain that lasts much longer.”

Taylor teamed up with ACM Lifting Live to give a donation of $50,000 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Taylor has been really involved with charities, and it’s just wonderful! You could read below for more information. Also, check out the gallery for her photo.

Taylor Swift just helped wrap up the 2011 CMA Music Festival, but the country/pop star’s big weekend wasn’t just about her. On Saturday, she joined with the Academy of Country Music‘s charitable arm ACM Lifting Lives to present St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with a donation of $50,000.

The financial contribution comes as part of the ACM Lifting Lives Entertainer of the Year Matching Gift program. Lifting Lives teams up with the year’s reigning top entertainer — currently Swift — and doubles a gift that musician makes to the charity of their choice. Swift contributed $25,000, and Lifting Lives matched.

ACM Lifting Lives executive director Erin Spahn met up with Swift Saturday at her sold-out Speak Now tour stop in Detroit, and the two checks headed for St. Jude met up.
